This life on earth and each day, and each minute is a test for us; and we can prayerfully beat the devil and his team, and pass our test with flying colors. Our time on earth is meant to be challenging enough to keep us humble and prayerful.)

“Life isn’t fair at all; in the things that matter not at all. Fortunately, in everything that truly matters in eternity; our Heavenly Father is perfectly and precisely fair, and even generous.” Charles E. Hunt ( I know sometimes life seems just too hard if a dear loved one leaves this life before we feel ready, but if we keep choosing to humbly and prayerfully seek God and His ways, we will be blessed with inner peace even during our most challenging times, and with eternal perspective to know that all things will work out good in the end. We may lose a loved one from this life before we are ready, but in the end, we will be back together for eternity. And our time on earth is so very short anyway — barely a blink of the eye compared to eternity).

“To decide if something really matters, such as losing in a game or sport; prayerfully ask yourself whether it will matter 100 years or 200 years from now.”

Another way to decide if what we are feeling stressed or frustrated about really matters, is to ask if it can be bought with money, because surely nothing that can be bought with money, really matters much —- or it wouldn’t be fair to the people who are born in poverty. Everything of value is in real joy, inner peace, and uplifting relationships. If we have a brother who takes something from us, or takes more turns on something fun than us, etc. those things don’t bring inner peace and joy and love and uplifting relationships anyway; so they are not worth worrying about. Fun things like a day at Disneyland or Magic Mountain can be bought with money; so obviously they can not possibly bring real inner peace and real joy; or it wouldn’t be fair to those on earth who can’t afford such luxuries, right? Remember; in anything that really matters; our Father in Heaven is precisely fair.

Some people worry that their body is not as handsome or beautiful as someone else’s, and that is not really important or worth stressing over either, or it wouldn’t be fair to those born with less beautiful bodies or with disabilities; and our loving Father in Heaven is always precisely fair in everything that really matters. The principles of sharing kindness, love, and unselfish service with others that always bring real joy and inner peace, are always fair and work for all people — – just as our loving and fair Father in Heaven designed it to be.

“If I desire to feel true inner peace and real joy even on the days or times when others are being unfair or unkind to me; then I must choose deep prayerful thoughts instead of choosing to react with anger. Otherwise, we will only be happy on the days when everyone is kind and fair to us, which may not be very often.”
